LPS small processing unit
Using the LPS 400 K Precision Air Jet Sieve with Dosing System your able to automatise your laboratory scale grinding-classification-circuit.
The Small Scale Precision Air Jet Sieve Unit consisting of:
• LPS 400 K Precision Air Jet Sieve,
• Dosing Unit,
• High Effieciency Fine Particle Filter,
• Coarse Particle Exhaustion and
• Control Cabinet
is suitable for the continuous pneumatical sieving of fine particles.
Producing small charges, depending on screen cut and material from 1 kg/h up to 100 kg/h, the continuous working small scale plant provides a good solution. During normal operation an Air Jet Sieve is a sieve for batch processes. Coarse particles stay on the sieve´s surface and have to be removed by hand. Using this small scale plant the material is removed by a dust separator in free adjustable time slices.
With this combination the automatisation of laborytory scale grinding-classification-circuits is possible.
The RHEWUM Precision Air Jet Sieves LPS are suitable for dry sieving analysis in a range from 20 µm up to 2 mm. The gas flow rate is measured continuously and can be kept constant. This allows reproducible anaylsis even for materials which are highly susceptible to abrasion.
The high efficiency filter with antistatic sinter lamellae filter elements produces a remaining dust content of < 1 mg/m³ and can be used for clean air recirculation. The Air Jet Sieve starts the small scale plant with an adjustet gas flow rate. The gas flow rate can then be changed with means of a frequency converter. The compressed air cleaning system guarantees trouble-free operation. All fine particles can be put out of the drawer or be removed continuously by a rotary feeder.
Due to the special coarse particle exhaustion the batch processing sieve turns into a sieve for continuous production. The Conti-Operation-Modus allows free adjustment of time as well as automatic operation.
