Screen cloth of a PWA Screen
Pneumatic screening machines are specially designed or finest separations.
The pneumatic screening machines are used for finest separations in the range of 20 µm to 0.4 mm for special products in the chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics, recycling and food industries. This machine type uses direct excitation of screen cloths and the screen process is additionally assisted pneumatically. This air is produced by movable air jets having up to 60 strokes per minute which are positioned under the screen cloth and set transversally to the direction of the feed flow covering the complete screening width. The extracted air from underneath the screen cloth helps to transport the undersize particles through the meshes.
We also provide additional equipment such as extractors, filters, fans, suction units, stands as well as the supporting structures.
