Pharmaceuticals

The production pprocesses in the pharmaceutical industry vary depending on the dosage form. By producing the most common form, as pill, the raw materials are screened and granulated to improve the processibility in dosing and mixing and pressed to pills in dried condition. In screening of pharmaceuticals absolute product quality is very much in the foreground. In most cases small amounts are batchwise safety screened which means the removement of unwanted agglomerates from the raw material. Oftenly the possibilty of fast and efficient cleaning of the screening machines and vibrating feeders is an important decision criterion of our customers.
