RHEWUM Screens for National Engineering

In 1971 the National Engineering Co., Chicago/Illinois, took over a license from the RHEWUM WA screening machine. The National Engineering Co., founded in 1911, is part of the Simpson Group, a traditional manufacturer of processing plants in the field of foundries. Because of the identical design it is even nowadays possible to supply these under license manufactured machines with spare parts or even to increase the efficiency. The longevity of RHEWUM's quality screening machines "Made in Germany" is underlined by still using them frequently

Simpson, before National Engineering

Founded in 1884 by Peter L. Simpson, as evidenced by the patent to a brick press, the company has grown over the decades to a renowned partner in the field of mechanical processing technology due to the production of sand-processing plants, mixers and further machines around the foundry sand processing. In addition to the foundry sand processing the machines are used for the ceramic and chemicals industries, but also for color pigments, various ores, refractory materials etc.

In 1996 the name was changed from National Engineering Technologies into Simpson Co.
