RIU vibrating conveying troughs with out-of-balance drive are a highly economic transportation device for various bulk materials.
Their field of application is the short distance or intermittently transport. Due to their simple but robust and reliable construction they are a low-cost and all-round solution for many transport problems. Because of their maintenace free drive they have a very high availability.
The troughs could be used as conveyors as well as bin extractor. They are driven by two counterrotating out-of-balance motors which are positioned sideways or below in an optimized angle against the trough and generate a linear vibration. This guarantees a high transportation speed and a soft material treatment at the same time. When the machine stands still the amplitude can be adapted to the material´s characteristics to adjust the throughput in a simple and fast way.
