Applications of RHEWUM Screening Machines

Split
is mainly produced in a two-stage process. The rock is crushed by a jaw crusher down to particle size suitable for milling. Afterwards the final grain size is produced by an impact mill. The advantage of the combination of jaw crusher and impact mill is the very little over grinding of the split. In the crushing process only a very small amount of dust is produced. The crushed and milled rock then is screened to the required grain sizes. Due to the vast variety of applications various grain size fractions are produced.
For the use as road bed for railed vehicles commonly the material is screened to grain size fractions of 0-56 mm resp. 0-45 mm. Typical grain size fractions for road construction are 0-8 mm, 8-16 mm and 16-25 mm. Split for decorative purposes are screened into many more fractions.
Mostly in processing of split high screening feed rates on a small area and at low cost at the same time are in demand. The appropriate wear resistant and compact screening machines are scope of our product range.
