The RHEWUM ScreenGuard ensures a trouble-free production by continuously monitoring the vibrations of your screening technology.
In most cases screening machines are integrated in a production process at a central point. In such an outstanding position no malfunction of the screen is acceptable. Considering this fact the ScreenGuard continuously monitors and evaluates the vibration of your machines .
In case of deviations from the nominal values the system creates an error message to be shown on the display as well as for the process control system. The system can make a distinction between an unnormal operating condition which nevertheless allows a further operation and a critical operating condition which will lead to a breakdown of the machine if not shut off immediately. In this case an automatic stop of the machine can be generated to avoid damages. The ScreenGuard will be calibrated and supplied with the RHEWUM screen as a standard but it can also be supplied and calibrated for existing machines.
This system offers an addditional protection of RHEWUM screening machines against damages in order to avoid production losses caused by wear and tear or improper handling.
