Datasort with control panel and feeder
An exact separation of raw material into refuse and clean product by means of a corresponding sorting process is an essential step to reduce arising production costs as well as to secure quality of the final product.
The new generation DataSort S represents a trend-setting sorting electronic. Different sorting criteria can be combined in one sorting programme. Sorting parameters are brightness, size of texturing, percentage of texturing, shape, size of particles.
Products to be sorted as per brightness and reflection:
diamonds, wolfram, coal, quartz, pyrite, quartz with gold inclusions, lead-zinc ores, talcum, magnesia, limestoe, gypsum, synthetic granules, almonds, cores of apricoats etc.
Products to be sorted by spot colours:
feldspar as well as hazelnut, synthetic granules, glass etc.
The throughput of the RHEWUM DataSort depends on particle size, material density and the sorting width. Standard machines are working at a particle size of 2.5 - 120 mm, a material density of 0.1 - 3.0 t/m³ and a sorting width of 1 200 mm.
At this values the sorting capacity per machine is between 0.5 t/h and 120 t/h. If higher capacities are in demand we develop a taylor made design according to your requirements.
By use of the new intelligent LED-light strips sorting widths up to 4.000 mm and therewith significant higher throughputs are possible. The LED-light strips are available in various colours depending on the sorting task and have a much more higher lighting power than conventional fluorescent lamps.
