High Capacity Screeners: Double Frequency Screening Machines
The drive principle of the these high capacity screeners consists of two unbalanced motors with different speeds. The motor with the lower speed and the greater centrifugal imbalance is mounted on the inlet side, whereas the motor with the higher speed and the smaller centrifugal imbalance is mounted on the outlet side.
The large amplitude at the inlet loosens and deagglomerates the bulk material. The high frequency of the downstream motor ensures efficient screening of difficult to screen products due to its higher acceleration. Thanks to this RHEWUM screening technology hardly any vibrations are transmitted into the building.
