Job Description
We are hiring a talented Application Engineer to join our team and assist RHEWUM’s further expansion in NORAM. An individual who is eager and ready to take on whatever comes his/her way. Someone with the passion and desire to help ensure our further expansion in North America is successful. This expansion requires quick thinking, proactiveness, and a go-getter, entrepreneurial mindset.

The ideal candidate will have engineering studies and/or some working experience in industrial sales and/or technical knowledge and most importantly an innate desire to learn.
- Support the further expansion of our products and services in NORAM.
- Work with management, sales engineers and company Reps, to create and implement targeted sales strategies.
- Help troubleshoot problems with orders, customer accounts and other related issues.
- Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to management.
- Help maintain and enhance customer relations (existing and new)
- Support in identifying new prospects in the NORAM market
- Participate in customer visits and presentations as required
- Support representation of RHEWUM America Inc. at conferences, fairs, as required.
- Support sales management in contract negotiations with customers and vendors as required
- Provide technical clarifications of contracts / projects (both internally and externally)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering/Business/Marketing related fields).
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, creativity, ability to interact with different people on all business levels
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Bilingual desired (English-Spanish)
- Result oriented and detail oriented
- Willing to travel frequently (trade shows, client meetings, etc.)
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail.
- Energetic and fast learner
Additional Qualifications, a plus
- Knowledge/experience on Sifting/Screening Machines and industry application.
- Some work experience in sales (preferably industrial machinery)
- Experience or knowledge of the salt, sugar, fertilizing, potash, sand industries
- Experience supporting customers in the mining/fertilizing/sugar industry across the US, Canada, Mexico
