Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Operations specialist eager and ready to take on whatever comes their way. Expanding into a new region will require quick thinking, proactiveness, and a go-getter, entrepreneurial mindset. In this role you will be a builder and will see the direct positive impact your hard work produces.

Our goal is to be able to replicate our efforts in other countries and continue expanding our offering throughout the world.  We are looking for an individual that will have the passion and desire to help ensure our expansion into North America is successful. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial machinery sales, have technical knowledge, and most importantly an innate desire to learn.

• Support the Managing Director in the structural development of the company in the US
• Sales support and service activities in the North American market in close coordination with our MD Americas and our Sales and Service Engineers in Germany
• Help maintain and enhance customer relations (existing and new)
• Identify new prospects in the NORAM market (lead generation and lead qualification)
• Perform customer visits and presentations as required
• Support MD on contract negotiations with customers and vendors as required
• Provide technical clarifications of contracts / projects (both internally and externally)
• Project management of ongoing orders, including coordination with customers and vendors
• Keeping close relations with international engineering companies
• Representing RHEWUM America Inc. at conferences, fairs, etc.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar field preferred)
• Experience in sales (preferably industrial machinery)
• A good understanding of business procedures and practices
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) in English
• Bilingual (English-Spanish)
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, creativity, ability to interact with different people on all business levels
• Ability to manage varying requests and situations
• Result oriented and detail oriented
• Willing to travel frequently (trade shows, client meetings, etc.)
• Energetic and fast learner

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understand function of screening machines and/or knowledge of the related technology
• Experience or knowledge of the salt, sugar, fertilizing, pot ash, sand industries
• Experience supplying to mines across the U, Canada, Mexico
