RHEWUM mini-screening machine on tour through North America

Starting 30 November 2020 our American team will travel all around North America with a trailer and a mini screening machine type WA(U) on board to demonstrate our proven RHEWUM quality "Made in Germany" to existing and potential customers.

As interested parties and customers cannot visit us at exhibitions or in Remscheid due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are simply coming to our customers in the form of a roadshow. This concept enables us to present our screening technology outside and in strict compliance with the hygiene and distance regulations. 

RHEWUM America's first route leads from North Carolina south to Florida, where he will visit various producers in the fertilizer industry, for example. On their own premises, the producers will have the opportunity to test their product on our screening machine and see the results for themselves. In order to be able to adapt optimally to the different products, we will be bringing eight different screen cloths with mesh sizes ranging from 0.1 to 2.5 mm (0.004 to 0.1 inch). The inclination of the mobile RHEsono^®/RHEmoto screening machine with direct excitation of the screen mesh can be individually controlled and adjusted to each screening product.

The demo screening machine is a combination of a RHEsono^® and a RHEmoto^® screening machine. In both models the product to be screened is thrown from the screen cloth at an angle of 90° by a high-speed movement. This high acceleration allows precise separations even of finest materials smaller than 100 µm (0.004 inch). The difference between the two machine types lies in the type of drive that moves the axes that transmit the vibration to the screen cloth: the RHEsono^® is excited by powerful electromagnets, the RHEmoto^®, by our maintenance-free unbalance motor - the GeniusDrive. An advantage that both machines have in common are the freely adjustable automatic cleaning pulses which reduce clogging of the screen cloths and thus prevent costly production losses and machine stops.
