Special design for table salt screening

No requirement is a problem for us. We think in bulk materials and immediately understand the requirement of our customers. Therefore, we were able to convince our customer with a special design for table salt screening.

Our client gave us the task to replace two existing old screening machines (non-RHEWUM made) and to deliver a specific solution for his special application. The specificity of the application was to screen three product feeds with only two machines.

Already in 2013, we had completed a project to his complete satisfaction where we had supplied a RHEflex^® – also for food salt screening – with a feed capacity of 15t/h. Therefore, he asked us to be his partner for the handling of the current project.

For his requirement to feed three products to two screening machines, we supplied RHEWUM AV feeders, each with a feeding capacity of 65t/h. Each AV feeder has been equipped with two inlets, where the material is first brought together internally and then distributed over the total screen width.
