RHEWUM rotary valves
RHEWUM rotary valves are well suited for fine-grained, free flowing bulk materials with a grain size of up to 10 mm. Due to their constant rotation speed they spread and dose the transported product equally on to the following screening mesh. The ideal distribution allows the optimal performance of the available screen area. Compared to chutes or other feeders they require less construction height.
During feeding the product is transported by rotor cells through the casing. To avoid abrasion the design of the rotors is based on a relatively low rotation speed. Additionally, the rotor lips are produced in a soft and elastic material to avoid milling effects. Depending on the application materials like neoprene, silicone or similar are used.
To allow for the simple service of the RHEWUM rotary valve the valve housing is split in two parts for an easy removal of the rotor.
RHEWUM rotary valves are individually designed and manufactured to fit the particular width of the screening machine for ensuring the best sieving results.
