Perfect separations for fertilizers

Phosphate based fertilizers such as SP, TSP, DSP, DAP or MAP have to meet strict quality standards. Even small efficiency deficits in the screening process can lead to high product losses as they are produced at large quantities of several hundred tons per hour.

Equally challenging is the screening of nitrogen fertilizers like AS, AN, CN, KN, KAS or Urea. The specific tasks range from lump separation to the demanding separation of product fractions and also to dust removal.

Screening phosphates, nitrogen or multi-component fertilizers with high product purities at maximum throughput requires precise adjustment of all machine parts as well as an automatic self-cleaning system, since they tend to bind air humidity in the dust fraction and thus clog the screen cloth.
