Reliable references in the light soda industry convince customers,

Convincing a new customer without a previous business relationship is a challenge for most producers. But by reliable references, locally with the customer, we could convince him of our reliable RHEWUM screening machines.
At one of our Indian customers, we were given the task of offering a reliable machine for screening light soda ash. Since he was not able to test our machines in operation in our technology center, we organized two spontaneous reference visits to the same Indian state. The customer was able to exchange their experience with RHEWUM screening machines with the two established customers and get an idea of the RHEWUM quality in the running plants. Questions could be answered by the satisfied customers as well as by the Indian and German RHEWUM employees directly at the machines. Thus we were able to convince the customer of the consistent quality and reliability of our screening machines.
The reliability of the machines was particularly important to the customer when he built his first production plant for the screening of light soda ash. Through the direct exchange with existing customers and the experience of the screening machines in running production, all doubts expressed by the customer before and during the reference visits could be eliminated and a relationship of trust established. The customer received two RHEWUM SV 2200 feeders as well as two RHEWUM WAU 220x600/1 screening plants with low maintenance and maximum availability from RHEWUM after only a few months.
Since light soda ash has a low bulk density, the machines must be dimensioned accordingly. The 125 t/h feed rate corresponds to approx. 250 m³/h. The fast transport speed of the heavily inclined WAU helps to process large capacities. The high frequency of the small unbalance motors promotes a good throughput of the predominantly fine particles through the screen mesh.
Our WAU unbalance motors run very reliably, reported our established customers. In addition, we rely on several small drives so that if one of the ten motors should fail, the machine can continue to run with acceptable results before the motor can be replaced during the next maintenance. By using fewer motors, the screening quality suffers considerably if one motor fails.
