New Head of Customer Service!

After successfully driving the Machine Sales in the Industrial Applications sector, Dominik Stappert's next career step will be to take charge of the management of the Customer Service Division.

He took over the open position as Head of Customer Service from begin of 01.01.2023. This area includes the departments Spares, Service (field service) and the area Modernization and Retrofit.

After we have already strengthened the Modernization &Retrofit  group with Mr. Jonathan Krüger, Mr. Stappert is to coordinate the departments.

Due to the geopolitical developments, with the associated restraint in new investments, this internal measure is intended to secure and further increase the flourishing order intake for spare parts and retrofits.
