RHEair/ PowderJet

The RHEair air jet sieve operates in the ultra-fine dispersion range. Its specialty is separations of high-grade products in the range from 20 μm to 0.4 mm (approx. 635 Me. - 40 Me.). 

The RHEair (RHEair/ PowderJet) uses direct excitation of the screen cloth on the one hand and directional air jets flowing through it on the other. The slot nozzles, which are arranged transverse to the direction of screening, are driven at up to 60 strokes per minute. The extracted air from underneath the screen cloth helps to transport the undersize particles through the meshes.
