Rotary Valve
RHEspin

Due to their constant speed, rotary valves feed and distribute the material evenly onto the screen cloth underneath. Due to the optimum distribution, the screen area is optimally utilized.

During feeding, the material to be conveyed is transported through the housing in rotor cells. To avoid wear, the design of the rotors is based on a low speed. In addition, the rotor lips are made of a flexible material to avoid crushing effects. Compared to chutes or other feeding devices, they require a lower overall height.

Advantages of the RHEspin rotary valve

  • Consistent distribution and dosing
  • Ensures maximum screening efficiency
  • Flexible rotor lips and low speeds for gentle material transport
  • Easy to maintain design with housing composed of two parts
  • Suitable as air seal in safety circuits
  • Precise control of the flow rate thanks to adjustable gears or frequency converters
  • Particularly flat construction
