Vibrating Sieve RHEmotox

Two counter-rotating unbalance motors generate a linear movement that transports the material across the screen surface. At the same time, the direct excitation of the screen mesh ensures that clogging due to plugged material is avoided.

Thanks to the special drive and excitation technology, the vibrating sieve can also process difficult-to-screen material efficiently and with high throughput, which is often problematic on conventional linear vibrators. In the range from ultra-fine to fine grain, it delivers superior separation results compared to standard vibrating screens. In addition, its design enables a remarkably low overall height.

Advantages of the RHEmotox vibrating sieve

  • No clogged screen meshes thanks to automatic cleaning
  • Vibration amplitudes are adjustable during operation
  • Particularly flat construction
  • Quick exchange of screen cloths without entering the machine
  • Perfect for critical separations
