Wet screening machine RHEwato

The RHEwato wet screening machine efficiently dewaters fine solid particles using a combination of linear vibration and directly excited vibration, resulting in high dewatering rates and optimized residual moisture contents.

The use of low-maintenance unbalance motors generating a linear oscillation, ensures effective material transport even with a flat inclination of the screen surface. The RHEwato achieves very high degrees of separation with additional built-in unbalance motors that directly excite the screen cloth and further improve dewatering.

Advantages of the RHEwato wet screening machine

  • Highest dewatering rates
  • Optimized residual moisture of approx. 8%
  • Saves additional drying and energy costs
  • Vibration amplitudes are adjustable during operation
  • Particularly flat construction
  • Quick exchange of screen cloths without entering the machine
  • Perfect for critical separations
