Zero Corruption Policy

As part of RHEWUM America, we are committed to conducting our business practices with the highest integrity and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We are dedicated to strictly adhering to our Zero Corruption Policy.

 

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy:

RHEWUM America does not tolerate any form of corruption or bribery, whether it occurs directly or indirectly. This policy applies to all employees, regardless of their position within the company.

 

2. Legal Compliance:

All employees are encouraged to know and abide by the laws and regulations that criminalize corruption and bribery. This includes the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the German Penal Code (StGB).

 

3. Training and Awareness:

We will conduct regular training sessions and informational events on anti-corruption to ensure our employees are familiar with and understand the legal regulations and company policies.

 

4. Disclosure and Reporting:

All employees are required to promptly report potential or actual incidents of corruption. No employee will be penalized for reporting suspicions.

 

5. Continuous Improvement:

We will regularly review and audit our anti-corruption measures to ensure they are effective and improved where necessary.
